These General terms and conditions apply to all savisio AG business transactions. They govern the contractual relationship between the client and savisio AG.

2. Conclusion of a contract
Unless otherwise agreed, offers made by savisio AG are valid for 30 days. A contract is not concluded until the client has placed an order in writing. Orders can be sent to savisio AG by e-mail, letter post or personal delivery. savisio AG may refuse to accept orders without giving reasons and may interrupt, reduce or prematurely terminate the execution of an order if the customer makes it difficult or impossible to fulfil the order, or if the customer is in default of payment.
3. Liability
savisio AG carries out all orders with the greatest possible care and the necessary quality. However, savisio AG cannot accept any liability whatsoever for the results of its activities. Claims for damages of any kind are expressly excluded.
4. Data protection and confidentiality
Since the security of data traffic cannot be absolutely guaranteed, no liability is assumed for any resulting damage. In particular for actions or fault of third parties by which data are changed, deleted or otherwise damaged, no adhesion is taken over. savisio AG treats all information from customer projects with absolute confidentiality.
5. Cancellation terms
Each contractual partner is entitled to terminate the contract with a notice period of 2 weeks to the end of the month. If the Client terminates a consulting project prematurely, all expenses incurred up to that point shall be owed.
6. Expenses
Material costs and other expenses will be charged to the client in the amount of the actual costs incurred. Travel expenses within Switzerland and costs for meals are included and will not be charged to the client. In the case of assignments lasting several days, additional expenses for hotel accommodation may be charged in consultation with the client.
7. Salvatorische Klausel
If these regulations or parts of these regulations should be or become ineffective, then thereby the effectiveness of the remaining regulations is not affected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision which comes as close as possible to its economic purpose.
8. Place of jurisdiction
The General terms and conditions of savisio AG are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
